Truxton Academy Charter School is requesting bids for lawn care and snow removal for the 2025-2026 school year which runs from July 1, 2025 thru June 30, 2026.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:
Proposals should be submitted to Patty Dawson, Executive Director, electronically via email at patty.dawson@truxtonacademy.org. They can also be submitted in person or mailed to 6337 Academy Street, Truxton, NY 13158.
Proposals must be received no later than Thursday, May 1, 2025 by 2:00 PM .
Truxton Academy will not consider or accept a proposal received after the date and time specified for bid submission.

SERVICES: Mowing all lawn areas as needed, including trimming and clearing sidewalks and parking areas of clippings.
RATE: Rate per mow for the 2025-2026 school year

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: Certificate of Liability Insurance for not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence for bodily injury, death, and property damage, including personal injury, contractual liability.

SERVICES REQUESTED: Clearing snow from driveway and vehicle use areas at the above stated address by 7:00am school days and again by 2:45pm school days when needed including sanding/salting driveway and parking areas as needed.
